Whats is BisonHub?
Howard faculty and staff currently use BisonHub powered by Workday for finance, human resources, procurement, and payroll, and will use it for student-specific modules including Admissions, Advising, and Financial Aid. The implementation of the student-specific modules began in Summer 2023 and culminates in Fall 2024.
How do I accept or decline my financial aid award offer in BisonHub?
Click "Financials Hub">"View Financial Aid">Select an aid year>Accept/Decline award (**please note, you must accept your award offer for each semester).
What is a Provisional Award offer?
A provisional award offer is an award that cannot be accepted by the student within BisonHub. The provisional award requires an additional step to take place to be accepted on the student's behalf.
Ex. HUFS requires completion of HUFS Terms and Conditions (prior to being accepted during freshman year) and financial aid Terms and Conditions (for continuing students). The parent plus loan requires completion of the loan application on studentaid.gov.
Where can I view my financial aid action items?
Once logged into BisonHub, go to "Action Items and Holds" to view any requirements for financial aid.
What action can I take in the Financials Hub?

- View annual Cost of Attendance
How can I view my billing statement?
Click "Generate PDF" and a PDF version of this statement. To view a different statement, click on View Different Statement.
I completed my Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note, why am I unable to register for classes in BisonHub?
The Master Promissory Note (MPN) and Entrance Counseling are not included in students onboarding requirements. Typically, our office begins to receive these documents in late July/early August from the Department of Education.
